Members of top court five-judge panels established by random draw following Constitutional Court ruling
The High Court of Cassation and Justice appointed on Friday by public draw the members of the five-panel judges to sit on trials in 2018, following a relevant ruling by the Constitutional Court.
Top court President, justice Cristina Tarcea performed the draw, with the two court Vice Presidents attending.

The 21 December, 1989 Association on Saturday marked 25 years since the June 1990 miners' riots with a public debate in Bucharest.
Before the debate, the association laid a wreath at ground zero in University Square, to the memory of the heroes killed in June 1990.
