Dacic attends UN Economic and Social Council

BELGRADE - Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic will attend a two-day meeting of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in New York starting on Monday and inform the members of the council about the extent of the damage caused by the May floods in Serbia and also invite them to take part in the donor conference in Brussels on July 16.

Dacic: Stop use of force, start negotiations on Ukraine

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic conferred on Friday with Serbia's chief negotiator in the EU accession talks Tanja Miscevic, Foreign Ministry stated in a release.

Miscevic briefed Dacic on the course of the negotiations, the completed screening processes, as well as activities of the negotiation team planned by year-end.

Dacic receives Bishop of Slavonia Jovan

BELGRADE - Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received a courtesy visit from Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Bishop of Slavonia-Pakrac Jovan on Friday, the Serbian Foreign Ministry said in a release.

Minister Dacic and Bishop Jovan discussed further cooperation between the Foreign Ministry and the SPC Diocese of Slavonia.

BELGRADE - Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic, in the capacity of co-chair of the committee for interior decoration of St. Sava Cathedral in Belgrade, met on Thursday with Academician Nikolai Alexandrovich Mukhin of the Russian Academy of Arts, and science secretary of the Academy Nadezhda Nikolayevna Mukhina.
