Turkey and Germany agree on refugee policy

Turkey and Germany are in full consensus on the refugee crisis, Turkish Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlio?lu has said, adding Germany's views on the issue were the most similar to Turkey's among European countries.  
"Germany's attitude should be an example to others in Europe," Sinirlio?lu said, speaking at a press conference with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Refugees stuck in Greece

Thousands of refugees who have found a temporary shelter in Europe might not be able to finally settle down to a European country so as to start over their life. The Council of Interior Ministers of the EU did not reach a decision regarding the relocation of refugees.

Luxembourg FM: Opening Turkey-EU chapter 17 'possible'

Luxembourg?s Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn, said on July 15 that opening the chapter on economic policy in Turkey?s bid for EU membership was a possibility.

Speaking at the foreign affairs committee at the European Parliament in Brussels, Asselborn said, ?It is possible for Chapter 17 on Economic Policy to be opened soon.?

ForMin Aurescu: We would like to see more Luxembourgian investors in Romania

Romania's Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu said Wednesday that he would like to see more investors from Luxembourg opening up shop in Romania, mentioning that Luxembourg is currently ranked 9th in the ranking of foreign investors in Romania, with more than 2 billion euros worth of investment.

Jean Asselborn: EU member states 100pct fulfilling technical criteria should be allowed in the Schengen Area

Luxembourg's Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn on Wednesday said all the European Union member states that are 100 per cent fulfilling the technical criteria for joining the border-free Schengen Area should be allowed to do so, provided there is also political will.
