The agreement was signed by Serbian European Integration Minister Jadranka Joksimovic and EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.
The funds will go to energy and environmental protection projects, as well as to participation in EU programs such as Cosme, Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+, Joksimovic and Hahn said, the agency reported.

The Serbian president was addressing an unscheduled press conference late on Monday when he said that he was "bringing bad news" and that even after (EU Commissioner) Johannes Hahn's trip to Pristina, "the Albanians would not even hear about abolishing the taxes (on goods from central Serbia)."
