Libyan forces attack ISIL near former stronghold
East Libyan forces said they had launched air strikes on Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) fighters after the militants made incursions south and east of their former coastal stronghold of Sirte.

France to Conduct Asylum Seeker Checks in Libya
French President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that he was hoping to set up so-called "hot spots" to handle asylum requests in Libya, which has seen thousands flee fighting in the country, reported Reuters.
Earlier this week, Macron chaired talks between Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Serraj and the divided country's eastern commander Khalifa Haftar.

A group of 20 suspected fighters of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group have been executed by the forces of General Khalifa Haftar in Libya, according to a video posted online.
Mahmoud al-Werfalli, the senior leader of Haftar’s forces, is seen reading the charges and carrying out an execution himself in a new video posted online on Sunday.

Turkey to send 11 tons of aid to Qatar
Turkey will continue to help Qatar and is planning to send the Gulf country another aid ship carrying 11 tons of humanitarian aid, the Turkish Economy Minister said June 19.
"A ship carrying 4,000 tons of aid is going to Qatar right now, and then another ship carrying 11 tons of aid will also be sent," Nihat Zeybekci said at an iftar event in Istanbul.
