Milatovic concludes visit to Serbia with meeting with Patriarch Porfirije

BELGRADE - Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic concluded a two-day official visit to Serbia with a meeting with Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church at the Church of St Sava in Belgrade.

"I concluded the visit to Belgrade with a meeting with His Holiness Serb Patriarch Porfirije," Milatovic wrote in a post on his Instagram profile.

UAE's Sheikh bin Zayed al Nahyan visits Serbia booth at IDEX 2023

ABU DHABI - UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan visited the Serbia booth at the IDEX 2023 arms fair in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.

He was cordially welcomed by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who gave him a presentation of exhibits.

The booth features several Serbian defence industry companies, including heavyweight Yugoimport-SDPR.

Bulgarians Celebrate St. Lazarus' Day

Today is Lazarus Day (Lazarovden/Лазаровден), the first of three major holidays associated with the miracle of the resurrection along with Palm Sunday (Tsvetnitsa/Цветница) and Easter (Velikden/Великден). Name day is celebrated by Lazar, Lazarin and Lazarinka.

The name has ancient Jewish origins and means "God's help".

The ceremony is attended by the representatives of the companies that take part in the exhibit, members of the officer corps, but also foreign delegations.
As previously announced, during the visit to the fair, President Vui will also meet with the Chief of the General Staff of the National People's Army of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, General Saïd Chengriha.

Armored vehicles of the Serbian Army near Jarinje VIDEO

Currently, there are four armored vehicles that are less than two kilometers away from the administrative line.
It is two "Lazar" and two "Milos" vehicles.
As RTS reports, it has not been announced from which unit the members of the Army who are next to them are. The Serbian Army owns a base near Jarinje.
