Lajovic through to Adelaide second round
ADELAIDE - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic is through to the second round of the Adelaide tennis tournament after defeating Australian Thanasi Kokkinakis 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 on Monday.
World number 52 Lajovic, who won after two hours and 12 minutes of play, is now 4-0 head-to-head against world number 68 Kokkinakis.

Tsitsipas ends Rinky run with dominant display
A dominant Stefanos Tsitsipas proved a step too far for home hope Rinky Hijikata as the Greek third seed eased into the Australian Open third round with a 6-3 6-0 6-2 win on Wednesday.
Wildcard Hijikata, ranked 169th in the world, went toe to toe with Tsitsipas in the early exchanges and looked capable of making it a contest for the Rod Laver Arena crowd.

Grigor Dimitrov on the Court Again on Wednesday at 10:00 Bulgarian Time
Grigor Dimitrov will come out of the second round of the Australian Open Cup against American Mackenzie McDonald again on the Main Court. The meeting will be on Wednesday (January 17th) and is expected to begin at 10:00 am Bulgarian time.
The match is the first in the evening session and will begin after two women's matches and the second match in the Rafael Nadal tournament.
Dimitrov Easily Qualified for the Australian Open's Second Round
The Austrian qualifier Dennis Novak (â„–226 in the rankings) did not put any pressure on Grigor Dimitrov and the Bulgarian qualified for the second round of the Australian Open Tennis Championship. Earlier this morning, World No. 3 won 6:3, 6:2, 6:1 for just over an hour and a half at the Royal Layer Arena in Melbourne.
