The Chinese loan for the first phase of Bar-Boljare highway has imposed a heavy burden on Montenegro's public finances.
Minister of Finance and Social Care Milojko Spajic said an arrangement was made with two unnamed US banks and one from France, converting the loan from US dollars to euros.

"Kosovo is not ready to negotiate borders"
US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Matthew Palmer adds that he believes that there are much more productive areas for discussion at this moment that need to be addressed.
Such as, for example, missing persons, an area around which both parties can reach an agreement.
