EU leaders will try to reach compromise regarding the names of the future Chairman of European Commission, which is the main point of disagreement.
The President of European Council, EU Foreign Affairs Minister, and President of European Central Bank should also be elected at this point.

EU leaders meet today and tomorrow at a meeting in Brussels. They have to decide who will be the successor of Jean-Claude Juncker as President of the European Commission and who will head the European Central Bank, the European External Action Service and the European Council.

Michel Barnier, the European Union's chief negotiator for Brexit, reiterated on Monday EU readiness to respond accordingly in case Turkey carries out illegal hydrocarbon drilling activities, noting that the EU stands clearly behind Cyprus.

EU Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier will discuss the developments on Britain's exit from the European Union with the Cypriot government and parliament during a visit to the country on Monday.

That is why this compromise has been made, the prime minister explained, NOVA TV writes. 

"The EU has always been a dialogue. It is important to have Brexit with rules. That is why this compromise has been made. We supported this solution. " This was stated by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in Brussels.

Minister-delegate for European Affairs George Ciamba had a meeting with European Chief Negotiator on Brexit Michel Barnier on Thursday, the two analyzing the current state of the Brexit process 15 days before the expected date of Britain's withdrawal from the EU, following the latest developments marked by the negative outcome of the British Parliament vote on the Withdrawal Agreement.

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov will take part in the opening Munich Security Conference today, reported the Bulgarian National Television. 

It will focus on the future of Europe, the transatlantic cooperation, the competition between major world powers and the cooperation in the field of defense policy.
