US intelligence services believe that individuals within the Ukrainian government approved the assassination of Darya Dugina, the daughter of the influential Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin.
The news was published by the New York Times, stating that the US denies any involvement in this attack.

The reaction by the US Department of State to the murder of journalist and public activist Darya Dugina discredits Washington's international human rights activity, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel on Tuesday.

The restart of negotiations would not contribute to the goals of the Ukrainian government, Mikhail Podolyak, assistant to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, told the Ukrainian "Babel", reports RT.
"Today, Ukraine has no motivation to conduct negotiations," said Podolyak, adding that "the opportunity to win this war is much more important than any situational pause."
