Croatia's prime minister says he sees no prospect of cooperation with the country's president. The president says the PM has not shown "even the slightest interest" in resolving a raft of issues where their jurisdictions overlap.

Pahor to be guest of honour at Sinjska Alka on Sunday

Ljubljana/Zagreb – President Borut Pahor will be the guest of honour at the traditional Sinjska Alka equestrian competition in the Croatian town of Sinj this Sunday upon invitation of his Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanović. Pahor will be the first foreign statesman in this capacity at the tournament, the president’s office has announced.

"I don't intend to back down on that. We can't ask for war compensation from Serbia, but there are human souls, not bodies. They have that information and they will have to give it to us. We need to focus on the essentials, and those are missing persons. The team in Belgrade can give us the requested information if they want", Milanovic said in Kijevo, a place in Sibenik-Knin County.
