Bosnian Court Has International Warrants for 41 War Crimes Suspects
The Bosnian state court has given BIRN a list of 41 people who are wanted for trial and are the subjects of international arrest warrants, many of whom are living in neighbouring Serbia.
On the list are several suspects accused of involvement in the 1995 genocide of Bosniaks from Srebrenica by Bosnian Serb forces, including former Bosnian Serb Interior Minister Tomislav Kovac.

The Bosnian state court on Monday ordered Milomir Savcic, the wartime commander of the 65th Protective Motorised Regiment of the Bosnian Serb Army's Main Headquarters, to be remanded in custody for breaching a court order prohibiting him from speaking publicly about issues related to the charges against him, his lawyer told BIRN.
Bosnian Serb Veterans’ Leader Denies Assisting Srebrenica Genocide
Milomir Savcic, the president of the Veterans' Organisation of Republika Srpska, pleaded not guilty at the Bosnian state court on Monday to assisting the commission of genocide in July 1995.
"This is a totally fictional indictment. I do not feel guilty. I plead not guilty," he said.
Bosnia Indicts 13 War Suspects on Last Day of 2019
The Bosnian state prosecution issued a series of indictments on Tuesday charging wartime former members of the Bosnian Army, the Bosnian Serb Army, the Croatian Defence Council and Serb-led Territorial Defence and reservist police forces with a variety of crimes.

Croatian Medal for Bosniak Ex-Leader Angers Serbs
The president of the War Veterans' organisation in Bosnia's Serb-led dominated Republika Srpska, Milomir Savcic, told media on Tuesday that the awarding of the medal to former politicial leader Ganic who is now an academic, showed that Croats and Bosniaks have always been in an alliance against Serbs.
