Two Bosnian Serb Ex-Soldiers Convicted of Inhumane Treatment
The Bosnian state court on Tuesday sentenced former Bosnian Serb Army soldiers Bratislav Bilbija and Djuro Adamovic to two and three years in prison respectively for committing a war crime against civilians in the hamlet of Bukvik, near Prijedor, in August 1992.
The court acquitted Bilbija and Adamovic, and third defendant Ranko Babic, of murder, torture and forced disappearances.
Bosnian Court Throws Out Wartime Rape Charges
The Bosnian state court on Friday rejected the indictment charging Adem Kostjerevac with wartime rape because he was not questioned in accordance with the law during the investigation.

Bosniak Commander Acquitted of Abusing Serb Prisoners
The Bosnian state court on Tuesday cleared former Bosnian Army brigade commander Ahmet Sejdic of 11 counts of inhumane treatment of Serb civilians and prisoners of war from the Bosnian Serb Army in the period between July 1992 and February 1993.
