Türkiye has reiterated its call for a ceasefire in Gaza in line with the latest U.N. Security Council resolution, criticizing Israel for violating human conscience and law by continuing its barbaric acts against the Palestinians.

The Qatar-based Hamas chief, Ismail Haniyeh, arrived in Cairo for discussions on the "aggression in the Gaza Strip and other matters", the group said in a statement.

FM says Türkiye, Qatar will continue cooperation
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has affirmed Türkiye's commitment to working closely with Qatar to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
"We do not accept the attack that hit civilians in Gaza. Israel must immediately recant from this mistake," Fidan said during a joint press conference with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, in Doha on Oct. 25.
