Donald Trump chosen as TIME Magazine’s 2016 Person of the Year
President-elect Donald Trump was selected by TIME Magazine as Person of the Year, a choice that has not come as a surprise to many. However, to show precisely how disruptive an influence the contraversial billionaire has had on world events over the past few years, the magazine cover dubbed him: “President of the Divided States of America.”
Ebola fighters named Time Person of the Year
Doctors, nurses and others fighting Ebola through "tireless acts of courage and mercy" have been named Time's 2014 Person of the Year, the magazine announced Dec. 10.
The runners-up included Ferguson, Missouri, protesters; Russian President Vladimir Putin; Kurdish Regional Government President Massoud Barzani; and Jack Ma, the China-based founder of e-commerce giant Alibaba.

Time names Ebola fighters as 'person' of 2014
Time magazine on Dec. 10 named as its "Person of the Year 2014" the medics treating the Ebola epidemic that has killed more than 6,300 people, paying tribute to their courage and mercy.
