Council of State publishes decision on TV licenses
The Council of State's plenary session has published the decision of the court which found that the law on which the government auction for the television licenses was based contravenes Greece's Constitution.
According to the decision, the law, brought by former State Minister Nikos Pappas, was against Article 15 of the Constitution.

Pappas says Schaeuble 'never wanted Greek program to succeed'
"The German finance minister never wanted the Greek program to succeed," Telecoms & Media Minister Nikos Pappas said on Saturday referring to Wolfgang Schaeuble, one of Athens's staunchest critics.
Gov't scrutinized over Venezuela ties
Fifteen New Democracy MPs submitted a question in Parliament Tuesday asking whether the Venezuelan government provided funding to any parties, political organizations or Greek citizens.
The question was addressed to Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, Digital Policy Minister Nikos Pappas and State Minister Christoforos Vernadakis.

ND reacts to Pappas's comments
New Democracy on Monday reacted to comments made by Digital Policy Minister Nikos Pappas earlier in the day in which he accused the conservative opposition of serving the interests of German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble.
A statement by ND on Monday accused Pappas, a key aide of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, of engaging in "Goebbelsian propaganda."

Parties agree on TV watchdog, paving way for new auction
After several failed attempts, representatives of the various political parties on Thursday agreed on the composition of the National Broadcasting Council (ESR), a key step toward breaking an impasse that followed a top court's declaration of a government auction of television licenses as being unconstitutional.

New Greek cabinet announced (video)
