Due to the lack of evidence, the three accused in the murder of Oliver Ivanovi were released from custody.
They were released today after spending three and a half years in custody.
According to media reports, they were released from custody due to lack of evidence and will follow the rest of the process from house arrest.

She said that she thinks that it was logical for her to be included in the procedure before the Kosovo court for the murder of the leader of the Civic Initiative "Serbia, Democracy, Justice", but that she has not received such an invitation until today.

The trial began by verifying the identities of the accused and acquainting them with their rights.
At the suggestion of the lawyer, the indictment was not read to them because they were already familiar with it, and all the accused stated that they understood the allegations of the indictment and that they were not guilty, RTS reports.
