Oh, I'm kidding. Both our Nobel laureates Aziz Sancar (2015) and Orhan Pamuk (2006) are fluent English speakers. But as a Turkish person with ears used to the accent, I can pick up the Turkish stress in their spoken English - a nuance I like very much.

Orhan Pamuk's museum to go to London for show next year
Exhibits from the Museum of Innocence, the award-winning Istanbul museum created by the Nobel Prize-winning novelist Orhan Pamuk in 2012, will go on show early next year at the Somerset House in London as part of a special display, the Art Newspaper has reported.
Turkish-American scientist wins Nobel Prize
A Turkish-American DNA scientist is among the three names to win this year's Nobel Prize in chemistry, the award-giving body announced on Oct. 7.
Aziz Sancar, Sweden's Tomas Lindahl, and the U.S.-based Paul Modrich won the prize for work on mapping how cells repair damaged DNA.
