Ljubljana – The parliamentary Public Finance Oversight Commission is to discuss the recent decision by the motorway company DARS to pick the Slovak company Skytoll to set up the country’s e-tolling system in the wake of reports that DARS tailored the tender for Skytoll. The decision will also be challenged by one of the rivals in the tender.

US Republican Senator Marco Rubio has asked the US Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General to launch "a full review of the national security implication of AT&T's upcoming sale of the Central European Media Group Enterprises, CME, to the Czech-owned conglomerate PPF Group".

Sweden-based entertainment conglomerate Modern Times Group, MTG, announced on Monday that it is to sell 95 per cent of the shares in Bulgaria's Nova Broadcasting to PFF, a firm owned by Czech billionaire Peter Kellner, for 185 million euros.
