Albania, Kosovo Sign Diaspora Outreach Agreements
The governments of Albania and Kosovo signed agreements on Monday establishing the co-financing of offices aimed at educating the Albanian diaspora from both countries by creating new cultural centres.
The fourth joint meeting of the two countries' governments was held in Korca, a city in southeastern Albania. The unification of the diaspora was its primary focus.

Kosovo's Plan B: If Not Accepted Into EU, Join Albania
If Kosovo does not reach its goal of the international recognition of independence by February next year, when it will mark ten years of self-proclaimed autonomy from Serbia, Kosovo will hold a referendum on joining Albania, a source in Pristina told Sputnik Serbia.
Haradinaj Condemns Grenade Attack On Homes Of Ethnic Serbs
The prime minister of Kosovo has condemned a grenade attack on the homes of two Serbian members of the Kosovo Security Forces in the country's northern Mitrovica region.
Police said two explosions early on November 26 caused damage to two homes but no injuries in the town of Zubin Potok, about 55 kilometers north of Pristina. Three cars were also damaged.
Kosovo Court Acquits Limaj of All Charges
The Basic Court of Pristina on Friday acquitted Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj, Endrit Shala, Shpetim Telaki, Nexhat Krasniqi and Florim Zuka of organised crime, abuse of official position and authority and accepting bribes.

Kosovo Makes Albania's Independence Day A Holiday
Kosovo has declared neighboring Albania's independence day a national holiday.
A government statement on November 23 said that Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had made November 28 a "day of Albanians…to respect historical and cultural values and good family and social traditions."

Kosovo Judge Orders Opposition MPs' Arrests
A Kosovo judge clarified on Thursday that he had issued arrest warrants for three opposition Vetevendosje MPs, including Albin Kurti, after they failed to show up for their trial the day before for throwing tear gas in parliament.

EU and US "work closely" in Belgrade-Pristina dialogue
We are working very closely with the United States in the Western Balkans, Maja Kocijancic, a spokeswoman for the European Union, told b92.net on Tuesday.
According to her, this also applies to "the question of (Belgrade-Pristina) dialogue on the normalization of relations."

EU denies Mogherini walked out of meeting with Haradinaj
EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on Friday left the meeting of the SA Council offended by a request made by Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
That is what Tanjug reported on Friday, adding that "sources from the meeting said Haradinaj insisted on greater US involvement in the process of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, mediated by the EU."
