Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that the case of former KLA commander Ramush Haradinaj represents "a test for Europe."

BELGRADE - The Specialist Prosecution Office for Kosovo war crimes committed has neither issued, nor requested a warrant for the arrest or extradition of Ramush Haradinaj.

The Serbian War Crimes Prosecution has decided to expand the indictment against former KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army") leader Ramush Haradinaj.

The decision was made because the Prosecution has new evidence, N1 broadcaster has reported.
