Soldier Praising Mladic Faces Discipline After BIRN Report

The Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched disciplinary proceedings against a soldier named Djordje Tojcic, whose Instagram profile praised the former Bosnian Serb military commander Ratko Mladic.

The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, found Mladic guilty of genocide in Srebrenica and other wartime crimes in November.

The Guardian is reporting that during his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Johnson said Britain had issues with Russias actions "in Ukraine, the Western Balkans, and cyberspace."

Sputnik said that Johnson "stressed it was important to discuss these topics so that both sides accept they are the stumbling block in bilateral relations."
