Total number of coronavirus infections reaches 48
A new coronavirus infection case was confirmed on Thursday in Romania, the total number of infections reaching 48. The person is a woman from Bucharest aged 20. "Until today, March 12, at the national level there were 48 cases of persons infected with the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) on Romanian soil," the Strategic Communication Group.

Parliament meets for investiture of Citu Government

First two patients admitted with coronavirus discharged

Flu death toll reaches 52
The number of persons that have died until now because of the flu has reached 52, the National Centre for Surveillance and Control of Communicable Diseases with the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) has announced on Wednesday. The last person to die of the flu is a woman aged 83 of Dambovita county, who was confirmed with type-A influenza.
