Turkey foiled 49 suicide, car bomb attacks since January
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmu? said that Turkey has foiled a total of 49 suicide bombing or car bomb attacks by terror groups upon intelligence since January.
"A total of 85 major terror attacks, 49 of which were suicide or car bomb attacks, were prevented upon intelligence since January," he said after a cabinet meeting under President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an.

5 soldiers, 2 officers killed in weekend terror attacks
Terror attacks in two seperate Turkish provinces in the southeast killed five soldiers and two police officers over the weekend.
