President Erdoğan expects more than 52 percent 'yes' votes in charter referendum

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said he expected more than 52 percent 'yes' votes in the April 16 referendum on constitutional changes.

"The public elected the president with 52 percent. Now, I expect more than 52 percent yes votes in the referendum, "Erdoğan told in a live interview with Doğan TV Ankara representative Hakan Çelik aired on CNN Türk and Kanal D on March 23.
