Grenell: Vucic's management of crisis created by Kurti helped SNS win

WASHINGTON - Former US presidential envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Richard Grenell said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's good management of a crisis generated by Pristina's extremist leader Albin Kurti had helped the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) win Sunday's elections in Serbia.

Vucic presents Order of Serbian Flag 1st Class to Grenell

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic presented on Wednesday the Order of the Serbian Flag 1st Class to Richard Grenell, a former US envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, for distinguished merit in development and strengthening of peaceful cooperation and friendly relations between Serbia and the US.

Grenell: Kirby was wrong about Serbian troop numbers, there was no buildup

WASHINGTON - Former US envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Richard Grenell said on Tuesday US National Security Council official John Kirby had not used "the most up to date information" about the number of Serbian troops at the administrative line between central Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija and erroneously stated there was a buildup of forces when, in fact, there was a drawdown.

Grenell's message to Pristina: "Don't bite the hand that feeds you..."

She made a series of accusations against the West for the events in Banjska, and Grenell told her that it was not a good idea to "bite the hand that has fed them for decades".
To those who accuse him of being paid by Serbia, Grenell said that spreading fake news instead of debating politics is a hallmark of Kurti's government.

Vucic awards Statehood Day honours

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday awarded Statehood Day honours at a ceremony also attended by PM Ana Brnabic, Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

Legendary former Serbian footballer and coach Sinisa Mihajlovic and composer Kornelije Kovac were posthumously awarded the Order of Karadjordje's Star.
