Bosnian Serb Party Sues Izetbegovic Over Genocide Case
A Bosnian Serb political party, the National Democratic Movement, NDP, said on Monday that it will file a criminal lawsuit against the Bosniak member of the country's presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, for circumventing state institutions to file a request for the revision of Bosnia's genocide lawsuit against Serbia at eth International Court of Justice.
ICJ rejects request to revise ruling on lawsuit vs Serbia
THE HAGUE - The Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) has rejected an application to revise a ruling on Bosnia and Herzegovina's 2007 genocide lawsuit against Serbia.
The application was filed on February 25 by agent Sakib Softic on behalf of Bosniaks led by Bakir Izetbegovic, the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency.

The prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will open a case and check allegations concerning actions of Sakib Softic as an agent in the process of applying for revision of a judgement against Serbia, confirmed on Friday for Serbian daily "Vecernje Novosti" BiH prosecution spokesman Boris Grubesic.

Bosnian Serb Official Challenges Legality of Genocide Appeal
The Serb member of Bosnia's tripartite presidency, Mladen Ivanic, said on Friday that he will send a letter to the International Court of Justice saying that the country's presidency did not agree to file the request for an appeal against the 2007 judgment clearing Serbia of direct responsibility for genocide during the 1992-95 war.
