In his current statements to the regional media, Serwer has presented some possible measures supposedly intended to reform the Dayton arrangement. His argumentation is based primarily on a call for more centralisation that would limit the powers of Bosnia's ethnically defined entities and cantons.

Dacic receives Serwer
BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic spoke with professor Daniel Serwer of The Johns Hopkins University on Friday about current international developments and the situation in the region.
They agreed that maintaining stability in the Western Balkans is a necessity, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
