Serbia beat Georgia, advance from Fed Cup Europe/Africa Zone
TALLINN - The Serbia women's national tennis team has beaten Georgia to advance from the group stage of the Fed Cup Europe/Africa Zone.
Dejana Radanovic defeated Ekaterine Gorgodze 2-6, 7-5, 6-4 in Tallinn to give Serbia an insurmountable 2-0 lead in Group A after 17-year-old Olga Danilovic beat Sofia Shapatava 6-3, 6-0.

BOGOTA - Serbia's Jelena Jankovic reached the quarter-finals of the WTA tennis tournament in Bogota after beating Sofia Shapatava of Georgia 6-4, 6-3 late Thursday.

Jankovic off to successful start in Bogota
BOGOTA - Serbia's highest-ranked female tennis player Jelena Jankovic made a successful start at the WTA tournament in Bogota by beating Mathilde Johansson of France 7-5, 7-5 late Wednesday.
In the second round, Jankovic will face Sofia Shapatava of Georgia, who beat Germany's Dinah Pfizenmaier 2-1 (6-4, 2-6, 6-2).
