Cyprus' Foreign Ministry has summoned the British High Commissioner Stephen Lillie to explain the British stance on Cyprus' exclusive economic zone (EEZ) following statements made Tuesday in the British Parliament by UK Minister for Europe Alan Duncan.
Cyprus and UK sign new pension protocol
Cypriot Minister of Finance Harris Georgiades and British High Commissioner to Cyprus Stephen Lillie signed Wednesday a protocol amending the Convention for the Elimination of Double Taxation between the two countries concerning pensions.

Britons living in Cyprus have nothing to fear post-Brexit, UK says
Britain says it has secured the right for UK nationals living in Cyprus to keep the same status that they currently enjoy as EU citizens.
"We have secured the right for UK nationals to continue living their life in Cyprus as they do now," new UK High Commissioner in Cyprus Stephen Lillie said in an open letter to UK nationals living on the island.
