Serbia Must Not Stop list has won 46.75 pct of votes - commission

BELGRADE - Based on votes from all polling stations, the Aleksandar Vucic-led Serbia Must Not Stop electoral list has won 46.75 pct of votes in the Serbian parliamentary elections, the national electoral commission has announced on its website following Tuesday's repeat elections at eight polling stations.

The electoral list of Aleksandar Vui - Serbia must not stop has the absolute majority, which won 46.99 percent of the votes, i.e. 131 mandates.
The Serbia Against Violence list won 23.18 percent of the vote, or 65 mandates.
Socialist Party of Serbia - 6.62, more precisely 18 mandates.

REC, election monitoring organizations, as well as political parties announced preliminary results.
SNS President Milo Vuevi said that according to data from 7,190 polling stations processed, the list "Aleksandar Vui - Serbia must not stop" won 1,477,651 votes in today's elections.

Ugljanin: We've not been invited - but would have refused

SDA of Sandzak leader Sulejman Ugljanin on Monday said his party had not been invited to join Serbia's new government.

But even if the invitation had come, "we would have refused the offer," he told reporters after a meeting with President Tomislav Nikolic in Belgrade on Monday - held as a part of a series of separate meetings on Serbia's new government.
