BELGRADE - Serbia has submitted all documentation and information relating to implementation of the action plan for Chapters 23 and 24 in its EU accession talks, and the European Commission will inform all member states of the implementation in May, Serbia's chief EU negotiator Tanja Miscevic said Monday.

KOPAONIK - Serbia's chief EU negotiator Tanja Miscevic has announced the negotiating position for Chapter 7 in the country's EU accession talks, which deals with intellectual property, would be established at the next government session on Thursday.

BELGRADE - The current "bad moment" in the relations with Croatia cannot upset Serbia's EU accession process, Serbia's chief EU negotiator Tanja Miscevic said on Tuesday.

"Belgrade's position is that we are always ready for cooperation as Croatia is a member state from which we expect great assistance and support," Miscevic told a seminar on media, EU accession talks and IPA funds.

BELGRADE - Serbia's first semi-annual report following the opening of Chapters 23 and 24 in its EU accession talks will be presented to the European Commission (EC) in late January and then sent by the EC to the member states in March, Serbia's chief EU negotiator Tanja Miscevic announced Tuesday.
