The perpetrator, who set fire to the front door of the "Ivan Mihailov" Cultural Center in Bitola, North Macedonia, was caught. This was announced by the Macedonian Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski on his Facebook account.

The 34-year-old singer Lambe Alabakovski has been arrested. He works and lives in America, but returned to Bitola a few weeks ago.

Early this morning, the "Ivan Mihailov" Cultural Center in the town of Bitola, in the Republic of North Macedonia, was set on fire.

"We're against a policy that marginalises Bulgaria and causes the country to be defined by cowardice," said Democratic Bulgaria's co-leader Hristo Ivanov.

Asked by the Bulgarian National Television (BNT), Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said he had handed over a list of requested military support to all NATO and EU member states and understood the domestic political situation in Bulgaria.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba met with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev today. It is the second day of his visit to Bulgaria and he has already held meetings with Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and our Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska.

Accusations against Bulgaria of provocation and calls for the suspension of the Good Neighborly Relations Agreement were voiced by Macedonian politicians and members of the public after the visit of Vice President Iliana Yotova and Prime Minister Kiril Petkov to Bitola last week, BGNES reported.

Dmytro Kuleba thanked the government of Kiril Petkov for the support provided and for the help that every Ukrainian citizen fleeing the war receives in Bulgaria.

Earlier today, Kuleba met with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska.
