Bulgarian FA Incensed by Southgate's Racism Claims
The Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) has hit back at Gareth Southgate after England's manager said his squad will need to "prepare" for racial abuse when they travel to Sofia in October.
England beat Bulgaria 4-0 on Saturday at Wembley, and play the return fixture on October 14.

Ministry of the Interior: There May Be Traffic Flow Problems in the Capital Today
Traffic may be obstructed in the capital on Tuesday, the Interior Ministry reported.

Bulgarians Mark 182 Years Since the Birth of Vasil Levski
Bulgaria marks the 182th anniversary of Vasil Levski's birthday. The center of the celebrations will again be Karlovo, the native town of the Apostle of Freedom.
In front of the monuments of Levski in the country wreaths and flowers will be placed. A number of different events are planned for the anniversary of the birth of Levski.

Tramway, running on line 10, lit up this morning on the metropolitan street "Graf Ignatiev", near the intersection with Vasil Levski Blvd., BNR reported.
There is no evidence of injured people.

Repairs Close Segments of Key Boulevards in Sofia
New repairs close sections of key boulevards in Sofia.
The reconstruction of "Vasil Levski" Blvd. from "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. to the monument "Vasil Levski" started today.
By August 23, it is forbidden to enter with vehicles on the eastern half of the roadway. The movement will take place in the western half of the boulevard roadway.

The Repairs of Streets in Sofia Continue after 15 September
The repairs on the streets of Sofia will continue after 15 September, BNR reported. The reason is the rainfall. This was said by Deputy Transport Mayor Evgeni Krusev, after yesterday Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova announced that the bad weather slowed the fulfillment of the deadlines by several days. Because of the rainfall in Sofia, repairs are delayed on average for five days.
New Traffic Restrictions in Downtown Sofia due to Repairs
The movement on part of the central Sofia street "GS Rakovski" will be stopped for repair. It will be partly forbidden to drive cars along Vasil Levski Blvd parallel to this street. Changes in traffic are due to the two major repairs in the center of the capital. They will also lead to a change in the urban transport routes, announced Sofia Municipality.
