Montenegro's controversial new religion law came into effect on Tuesday, and gives the Property Directorate a year - until January 8, 2021 - to compile a register of all religious sites in the country.
Expelled Serbian Priest Allowed Back to Montenegro
The Administrative court on Friday overturned a Ministry of Interior decision, which denied a leading Serbian Orthodox Church priest, Velibor Dzomic, the right to stay in the country.
A temporary measure authorizes Dzomic' return to "spend time with his family" until a another court process in which he asked for a residence permit has ended.
