President Vui referred to the sanctions against Russia, which Serbia did not introduce.

He will pay a one-day visit to the Republic of Serbia on Monday, October 10, 2022.
This was announced by the office of the President of the Republic of Serbia.

Member of Parliament Vladeta Jankovi addressed President Vui and asked him to vow before the Assembly that before signing any subsequent document, he would appear before the Assembly to explain what he was signing.
Answering the question of MP Vladeta Jankovi, Vui stated that it will be possible to vote for a resolution in a month or two, in which MPs would be involved.

The session discussed the situation in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as the holding of Europride 2022 and cyber security in the energy sector.

"What I would say is that the key question, the question of all questions, is the connection between the energy situation and the problems that may arise in the region. Accordingly, we discussed how and with what readiness the country welcomes the upcoming winter, what we can do to help each other".

The British news agency says that Vucic's remarks to Reuters come a day after protesters at a rally in Belgrade against a gay pride march waved Russian flags and carried posters of Russia's President Vladimir Putin.

"The decision was complicated, complex both within the largest party in the country and with coalition partners. All three candidates will be important members of the government," Vui said.

"Tough and long meeting just now with President Vucic. We appreciate the President's commitment to peace and stability. The work continues", U.S. Envoy for the Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, stated after the meeting with President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vui.

The EU's special envoy for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajk, and the US special representative for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, left the building of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic on Andriev venac at around 5:40 p.m.
Vucic said that the talks with Lajk and Escobar were not easy.
