BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic on Monday received former investigative judge Danica Marinkovic, who carried out a crime scene investigation following the January 15, 1999, armed clashes in Racak, Kosovo-Metohija.

The Serbian police attacked members of the so-called KLA and their stronghold of terrorists in the village.

A series of attacks and murders of police officers took place.

Kosovo's Special Prosecution announced on Thursday that it has filed an indictment charging a member of Serbian armed forces with the murder and displacement of ethnic Albanian civilians during the war in 1999.
