Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, on a three-day visit to Israel, on Wednesday denied calling neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina an unstable country taken over by militant Islam and connected to Iran - remarks reported in a Jerusalem Post article that sparked hostile reactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina - and which the newspaper has since deleted.

Milorad Dodik, the Serbian member of the state presidency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has called a session of parliament in Bosnia's Serb-led entity, Republika Srpska, where he will urge MPs to block a lawsuit against Croatia over the issue of the Peljesac Bridge.

"We did not talk about any names, as that decision will be discussed in the following weeks," Adisa Omerbegovic Arapovic, the vice president of SBB, said in Sarajevo on Thursday, answering questions about whether Radoncic was promised the Bosnian Ministry of Security.

Banja Luka-based ATV broadcaster is reporting that Dodik last night commented on Bosniak (Muslim) member of the BiH Presidency Sefik Dzaferovic, saying that he was not visiting the Vatican on behalf of the Presidency, "as he wants to present it publicly."

Djordjevic was quoted as saying that that Drvar has always been a Serb town, and Zeljko Komsic thinks this was "undiplomatic."

And citizens have protested against this, among other places, in Banjaluka.

EU's commissioner in charge of neighborhood policy and enlargement negotiations said this in Brussels on Wednesday during a meeting with members of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency members.

The OHR, the international institution overseeing peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Thursday condemned an initiative by the leading Bosniak party, the Party of Democratic Action, SDA, to challenge the name of the country's mainly Serbian entity, Republika Srpska .

This has been stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a joint news conference in Ankara with Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, Turkey's Anadolu agency is reporting.

The agreement, negotiated in Dayton, Ohio in 1995, ended a three-year war in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
