A Polish couple who happens to be orienteering enthusiasts has started residing in the northwestern province of Bursa's İnegöl district to promote alternative sports after falling in love with Turkey during their last two vacations.

Four tourist boats engulfed in flames
While Turkey's Mediterranean resorts have just emerged out of a massive wildfire disaster, four tourist sailing boats in Antalya's Alanya district caught fire, in which two of them burned to death.
A fire broke out late Aug. 15. on a boat named Mozi 07 that was anchored in an Alanya fisherman's shelter, spreading to three neighboring vessels.

Antalya welcomes over 3 million tourists
Antalya, one Turkey's major holiday destinations on the Mediterranean coast, has welcomed more than 3 million tourists since the start of 2021.
Nearly half of the holidaymakers visited the city in July alone, according to a statement the Antalya Governor's Office issued.

Ukrainian envoy slams district mayor for playing Soviet song
