Ten states on Dec. 16 brought a lawsuit against Google, accusing the search giant of "anti-competitive conduct" in the online advertising industry, including a deal to manipulate sales with rival Facebook.

On October 15, 2019, President Klaus Iohannis designated National Liberal Party (PNL) leader Ludovic Orban as prime minister. According to art. 103, para. 2 of the Constitution, within 10 days from the appointment, the prime minister-designate must draw up the list with the members of the Cabinet and the governing program and send them for debate to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.

Fisherman who saved dozens off Mati laid to rest
Kostas Arvanitis, the 70-year-old fisherman who saved dozens of people who ran into the sea to escape the deadly wildfires at Mati in eastern Attica last year, was given a state funeral Tuesday in Halandri, northern Athens.
Arvanitis, who died last Saturday after a long battle with cancer, saved at least 70 people. He is survived by his wife and son.
