Biden, Xi restore military ties despite 'dictator' comment
U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed at their first summit in a year on Wednesday to restore military communications between the two countries, even as Biden went off script by saying he still considered Xi a "dictator."

Biles captures US Classic in return to competition
Four-time Olympic champion Simone Biles made a triumphant return to gymnastics after a two-year hiatus, dominating the U.S. Classic on Aug. 5 in her first competition since the Tokyo Olympics.
Biles, a 19-time world champion, electrified a sellout crowd in suburban Chicago with a stunning performance, receiving an all-around judges' total score of 59.100 points.

Angus Cloud, breakout star of 'Euphoria,' is dead at 25
Angus Cloud, the actor who starred as the drug dealer Fezco "Fez" O'Neill on the HBO series "Euphoria," has died. He was 25.
Cloud's publicist, Cait Bailey, said Cloud died on July 31 at his family home in Oakland, California. No cause of death was given.
In a statement, Cloud's family said goodbye to "an artist, a friend, a brother and a son.
