Temperatures to drop throughout Türkiye once again
After a brief period of sunshine and warm weather, the temperature in the northern and central parts of the country is likely to decline again starting April 26, with particularly western provinces of Türkiye to witness a sharp temperature drop, the Turkish State Meteorology Service has announced.
Precipitation will continue to stay in effect throughout the week in the country.

Village school imparts education to just 2 students
A village school in the southern province of Isparta has imparted education to just two students as the population of the village, which is 25 kilometers from the city center, has decreased over time.
The number of residents in the village, especially the young population, considerably decreased and eventually fell to nearly 330.
Gov’t mulls new measures to help low-income groups
The government is working on new measures that are designed to support low-income groups, Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati has said.
"We have already taken steps to help civil servants, workers and low-income groups. New measures are on the way," Nebati told at a meeting with members of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) in the province of Isparta.

The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has ruled that electricity distribution company Akdeniz Elektrik Dağıtım should pay 15.6 million Turkish Liras to its nearly 28,000 subscribers in compensation for the power outages earlier this year in the province of Isparta.
