75 detained at Nevruz event in Istanbul
Police have detained 75 suspects for allegedly engaging in terrorist propaganda during a Nevruz celebration event in Istanbul organized by the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party), the Istanbul Governor's Office has announced.

Annual increase in home prices eases again
The home prices across Türkiye rose by 68 percent in January annually, easing from the 75.5 percent year-on-year increase in December 2023, data from the Central Bank have shown.
In January 2023, the annual increase in home prices was 153 percent and had even hit 189 percent in September 2022.

Commercial property prices rise 98 percent: Official data
The commercial property prices in Türkiye increased by 98.2 percent in the final quarter of 2023 from the same period of the previous year, the Central Bank has said.
The bank started to publish the commercial property prices for the first time on Feb. 26.
