TIRANA - Tirana is hosting the first Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit, to also be attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

Albanian PM Edi Rama and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy are expected to discuss the war in Ukraine and its consequences.

There is still no agreement on the text of a declaration to be adopted at the end of the summit, Tanjug learns.

BRUSSELS, - The EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak said on Tuesday, after a series of Brussels meetings following a decision by the so-called central bank of Kosovo to ban the Serbian dinar, that many political questions remained unanswered.

BRUSSELS - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said in Brussels Belgrade's delegation in Tuesday's round of the dialogue with Pristina had demonstrated full commitment to solve problems and that a solution must be found to ensure dinar payments to Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija.

BRUSSELS - A meeting of financial experts from Belgrade and Pristina, facilitated by the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, is underway in Brussels, a Tanjug correspondent reports.

PRISTINA - A Pristina basic court on Tuesday sentenced two Kosovo-Metohija Serbs to six months in prison for "involvement in a crowd committing criminal offences or hooliganism."

The men, Dusan Obrenovic and Rados Petrovic, were arrested in May last year following protests in Zvecan.

As they have pleaded guilty, their sentences were reverted to 6,000 euro fines.

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Tuesday Belgrade's policy was under no one's influence and that Serbia could not have negative relationships with Russia and China and expect their support in international institutions.
