30 People in Rousse Monitored over Suspicions for Coronavirus, no Confirmed Cases so far
More than 30 people in the district of Rousse, Northern Bulgaria, are monitored because of suspicions for coronavirus. They have returned from the so called risky countries, which have confirmed cases of coronavirus, BNT reported.
Pig Farms Affected by African Swine Fever in Rousse Await BGN 1,5 Million Compensation
The three industrial pig farms in Bulgaria's Rousse district where outbreaks of African Swine Fever were registered are awaiting 1.5 million BGN in compensation for the burial of culled animals and disinfection of the sites, reports BNT.
The amount was specified in a public procurement tender called by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. The contractors were selected by negotiations.
State of Emergency Declared in Rousse District over African Swine Fever
State of emergency has been declared on July 23 on the territory of Bulgaria's Rousse District (northern Bulgaria) in relation to the spread of African swine fever after the infection has entered one of the largest pig farms in the area. The business is pushing for stricter measures and state help to counteract the problem.
1561 Schools in Bulgaria Are in Flu Vacation Today
In 1561 schools today, January 29, the school sessions were suspended. This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Education and Science. From today in flu vacation are the students from 61 schools in Montana district and 32 schools in Vratsa district.

In 887 Schools in the Country there are no Classes Because of the Flu
Due to the announced flu epidemic in 887 schools in the country today there will be no classes.
For 138 schools in Burgas District, the flu season continues until February 2 inclusive. In Sofia-city, 276 schools will also not study until February 2nd.
