Toyota Motor Corp will begin production of a new hybrid engine model based on the C-HR concept in Turkey by year-end with an investment of more than 350 million euros ($396 million), Toyota's chief executive of Europe, Johan van Zyl, said on Feb. 11, as reported by Reuters. 

Three provinces in Turkey's east and southeast stood at the bottom of a list by the official Turkish Statistics Institute's (TÜ?K) that ranked "well-being" across the country last year, while the western province of Isparta topped the standings.

Turkish authorities have detained 10 suspects in raids in northwestern Turkey as part of a probe into potential Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) members, police have said.

The 10 suspects were taken into custody after Turkish police carried out parallel raids at multiple addresses in the northwestern province of Sakarya on the night of March 1.
