U.S. Accepts Mexico Flood Aid Offer
The US state of Texas has accepted an offer of flood aid from Mexico despite tension over President Donald Trump's proposed border wall and his threats to scrap a free-trade deal.
On Sunday Mexico offered vehicles, boats, supplies and food, reports said.
Mexican Red Cross volunteers have also travelled to the flooded city of Houston.

Chemical plant near Houston explodes!
Multiple explosions occurred at a flooded chemical plant near Houston early Thursday, giving off black smoke and sending a sheriff’s deputy to the hospital.
The Harris County Emergency Operations Center reported the incidents at Arkema Inc’s Crosby, Texas, factory around 2 a.m., the company said in a statement. The company warned that more explosions may occur.
