Pasztor reelected president of Vojvodina provincial assembly
Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians (SVM) leader Istvan Pasztor was on Thursday reelected as the speaker of the assembly of Serbia's Vojvodina province.
The decision was carried by 91 votes for and 14 against, with 13 abstentions.

PIK: SNS wins over half of seats in Vojvodina Assembly
NOVI SAD - The Provincial Electoral Commission (PIK) Wednesday announced the final results from the election for the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, where the 'Aleksandar Vucic - Serbia wins' list won 44.48 percent of the vote, or 63 of the assembly's 120 seats.
ICTY Office of Prosecutor announces appeal of Seselj verdict
BELGRADE - The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Monday announced to the court's Appeal Chamber that it will appeal a verdict acquitting Vojislav Seselj of all charges of war crimes committed in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina during the wars there and expulsions of Croats from Serbia's Vojvodina province.
PIK: 51 pct of ballots processed, SNS wins 54 pct of vote
NOVI SAD - The Provincial Election Commission (PIK) announced late on Monday the preliminary results of the elections for the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina based on 59.61 percent of polling stations processed, comprising 51.65 percent of the electorate in Vojvodina, which show that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) won 54.17 percent of the vote.
Serbia's Ruling Party Takes Over Northern Province
Aleksandar Vucic's Serbian Progressive Party, SNS, has taken took control of the traditional bastion of the opposition Democratic Party, the northern Province of Vojvodina, as well as most municipalities and major cities.
Bojan Klacar, director of the Center for Free Elections and Democracy, CESID, told BIRN that the SNS was only a "relative winner" in last Sunday's elections.
