Draw in Thessaloniki derby for the Cup, as Reds win
The group stage of the Greek Cup started this week with little in the way of upsets and the biggest result arguably belonging to PAS Giannina.
The team from Epirus downed high-flying Atromitos 2-1 at Peristeri on Tuesday in an eventful game, and has all but qualified to the last 16 of the tournament.
Asteras Tripolis makes next year's Europa League
Asteras Tripolis clinched the last remaining place for Greek teams in the Europa League qualifiers as it beat Panetolikos away on Sunday, while AEK combined its celebration of its first title in 24 years with a win at Apollon Smyrnis.

PAOK docked three points for till roll on Olympiakos manager
PAOK has been deducted three points and will play the next two home games behind closed, as well as losing the game with Olympiakos 3-0 due to the till roll hurled from the stands that hit Olympiakos coach Oscar Garcia on the face, forcing the match at Toumba to be called off on February 25.
PAOK goes top as Asteras holds Olympiakos
Asteras Tripolis held Olympiakos to a 1-1 draw at home, allowing PAOK to go alone on top of the Super League table on Sunday.

AEK drops second to PAOK after draw at Xanthi
PAOK is the new leader of the Super League after AEK dropped two points at nine-man Xanthi away on Sunday.
Host PAOK had an easy afternoon beating promoted Lamia 4-0 through an Aleksandar Prijovic brace and goals from Marin Leovac and Dimitris Pelkas.

Olympiakos draws 1-1 at Xanthi in Greek league
Defending champion Olympiakos could not hold on to an early lead at Xanthi and was held to 1-1 in the Greek league on Saturday.
Defender Bjorn Engels, in his debut for Olympiakos, opened the scoring when he headed the ball in following a Seba corner kick.

Olympiakos beats Lamia 1-0, maintains perfect start
Costas Fortounis' penalty in the 29th minute gave defending champion Olympiakos a 1-0 win over newcomer Lamia in the Greek league on Saturday.
Lamia was nominally the home team, but with its home ground still undergoing renovation, the game was played in Athens.
PAOK and PAO earn advantage ahead of play-offs
The regular season of the Super League ended on Sunday, and with Olympiakos already crowned champion and Levadiakos and Veria going down, the only thing left to settle was the points with which PAOK, Panathinaikos, AEK and Panionios would enter the Champions League qualification play-offs. Sunday's victories of PAOK and Panathinaikos gave them extra advantage over the other two teams.

Cup wins for PAO, PAOK, as Olympiakos and AEK falter
Panathinaikos and PAOK have taken a clear advantage for a spot in the semifinals of the Greek Cup after the first leg of the quarterfinals, but Olympiakos and AEK had problems against Atromitos and Platanias respectively.
