UN: Over 6,400 people killed in Ukraine
The UN Office for Human Rights said that more than 6,400 people hav ebeen killed during the armed conflict in Ukraine, and about 16,000 wounded.
The report noted that "the actual number could be much higher."

Parents of V. Giakoumakis take legal action against Dairy School for son's suicide

"Effective measures" urged against domestic violence
CoE's commissioner for human rights "has urged Serbian authorities to take effective measures" in the wake of "the recent cases of murderous domestic violence."
The office of Nils Muiznieks noted that this Council of Europe official posted on his Facebook account that "violence against women in Serbia has reached alarming levels."
City of Chicago apologizes to police torture victims with 5.5 mil. USD
